Position: General Worker

We have exciting opportunities for General Workers to join our team at ZZ2. The successful candidates will perform various tasks to support the farm operations and ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Field Work:
  • Planting, watering, and harvesting crops.
  • Pruning and maintaining plants to ensure optimal growth.
  • Applying fertilizers and pesticides under supervision.
• Maintenance:
  • Assisting with the maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
  • Performing general cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Helping with the setup and dismantling of farm structures.
• Packing and Sorting:
  • Sorting and packing produce according to quality standards.
  • Preparing produce for transport and sale.
• General Support:
  • Assisting with loading and unloading of goods.
  • Supporting various tasks as needed by the farm management.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required, but experience in agriculture or related fields is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of farming practices and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
