MAIN JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO)
Meal Preparation:
- Prepare food by cleaning and cutting ingredients
- Cook meals according to the meal plan
- Package food for distribution
- Use kitchen resources and equipment responsibly
Cleaning:
- Wash all kitchen utensils and equipment used in meal preparations
- Clean dishes, cooking utensils, and cookware
- Take out the trash and sanitize kitchen and surrounding areas during and at the end of the shift
- Participate in the weekly deep cleaning of the kitchen and storage areas
Storage & Safe Handling of Food:
- Ensure health and safety measures are followed when preparing meals
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements
- Safely store all food and supplies on the premises and account for them
Program Support:
- Perform other tasks as required by the employer

REQUIREMENTS
- Basic written and verbal English communication skills
- 1 – 2 years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 10 or equivalent
- Food handling certificate advantageous

We are on the hunt for a Male Cleaner to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and Minor maintenance duties.
Responsabilités
– Clean facilities by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning walls, restroom cleaning, taking out waste etc.)
– Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
– Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
– Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Hours:Your usual hours will be from 8am to 5pm. However, you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and your targets.
