Job Advert Summary: The successful candidate will form part of the EMS team and will maintain and develop landscapes and facilities using various horticultural equipment, machines, and tools in a labour-intensive work environment as instructed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Standard 10/Grade 12 with six months of relevant garden/nursery experience.
- Ability to operate horticultural machinery such as brush cutters, clearing saws, and lawnmowers.
- Basic safety knowledge and ability to undertake the work.
Primary Duties:
- Grounds maintenance and construction of lawns.
- Cleaning, sweeping, weeding, and watering of plants.
- Application of fertilizers, compost, and chemicals as per instruction.
- Removing and loading of debris etc.
- Application and use of specialized machinery such as handheld blowers, lawnmowers, brush cutters.
- Support with decorations and construction when required.
Knowledge:
- Ability to operate brush-cutters, push-type lawn mower, garden tools, etc.
- Basic plant knowledge.
Skills:
- Horticultural skills.
- Ability to operate the above-mentioned horticultural equipment.
- Problem-solving.
- Communication (Verbal & written).

Job Description:
Packaging Process
- Equipment cleaning
- Rework of product into plant or requested SKU’s
- General tasks as requested by supervisor
- Rejects any deviations packaging materials quality defects
- Checks if video jets are working, printing the correct batch numbers, and reports any deviations to robot operator
- Performs any process-related tasks to minimize process delays
- Performs any duties at 8/10 kg bucket and 25/50 kg line
- Does troubleshooting around all 8/10/25/50 kg line and reports to robot operator
- Accountable for all housekeeping matters in working area, 5S
- Prepares process equipment for maintenance and assists maintenance personnel
Responsible Care
- Ensuring that the EHS and Quality standards are strictly maintained
- Actively participate in constantly improving Plant and individual safety and housekeeping by engaging in cleaning up work area and spillages, get and put away tools, supplies, and equipment. This also entails the use of protective equipment as required and proper cleanup when done
- Comply with all safety rules and safe-job practices
- Report all accidents/incidents/injuries immediately to his/her supervisor, no matter how small
- Attend and participate in safety EH&S meetings
- Report all unsafe conditions to his/her supervisor
- Keep his / her work area clean and neat (Maintain good housekeeping standards)
- Ad-hoc duties
During shutdowns, work as per instruction from plant foreman, production manager, or designate
