Position Overview:
As a Sales Assistant at GALXBOY, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the company’s growth by maximizing sales.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Computer literacy
  • Higher education (Advantageous)
  • 1 – 2 years of work experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of retail practices
  • Demonstrated ability to perform customer service duties
  • Leadership skills

Position Overview:
As the Assistant Store Manager at GALXBOY, your role involves assisting the store manager in various aspects of daily operations, including training staff, managing inventory, ensuring a safe and clean store environment, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Assist the store manager in daily operations, human resources, customer service, and merchandising
  • Coordinate, monitor, and report on daily operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise employees
