Position Overview:
As a Sales Assistant at GALXBOY, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the company’s growth by maximizing sales.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Keep the store fully stocked
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend products accordingly
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Assist with receiving new shipments
- Stay updated on product information
- Describe product features and benefits accurately
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Computer literacy
- Higher education (Advantageous)
- 1 – 2 years of work experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge of retail practices
- Demonstrated ability to perform customer service duties
- Leadership skills
