REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 8 qualification. One (1) to two (2) years’ work experience. Basic Knowledge in controlling and managing bulk water supply maintenance on equipment. REQUIREMENTS : ABET Level 4. Zero (0) to Six (6) months experience required. Basic knowledge in controlling and managing general work and equipment. Basic disciplinary knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). Basic disciplinary knowledge in Public Administration. DUTIES : Maintenance of office buildings. Conduct regular building inspection. Attend to minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry problems. Ensure that working areas are cleaned accordingly. Clean equipment including motor vehicles and machinery. Clean lawn and prune trees where necessary. Maintenance of office equipment and furniture. Repair broken furniture and equipment. Report defects. Safekeeping of maintenance tools and supplies. Equipment properly repaired and maintained. Ensure furniture are repaired.
