Position: Examination Assistant

Contract: Contract position
As an Examination Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of examinations. Your responsibilities will include setting up examination venues, distributing and collecting examination papers, and assisting students with any queries they may have during the examination process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up examination venues according to the prescribed guidelines.
- Distribute examination papers to students in a timely and organized manner.
- Collect examination scripts at the end of each session and ensure they are securely stored.
- Assist students with any queries or issues they may have during the examination.
- Ensure that all examination procedures are followed according to the guidelines set by the examination board.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times, especially during high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate (essential)and 3 years diploma/degree.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
