Position:Sales Call Centre Agent

Reports to: Call Centre Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking Sales Call Centre Agents to act as the link between our company and its existing and potential customers. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their role, effectively selling a variety of products to both current and prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of every interaction. A strong natural aptitude for telephonic sales is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Sell a range of products to potential customers through leads obtained from various channels.
– Conduct a high volume of outbound calls efficiently.
– Address and overcome customer objections with a focus on effective opening and closing techniques, telephone etiquette, and recognizing buying signals.
– Identify customer needs through probing questions.
– Meet or exceed minimum sales targets.
– Maintain a Quality Assurance and Compliance score of at least 90%.
– Achieve daily and monthly ARPU targets.
– Convert sales opportunities daily and monthly, ensuring to ask all clients for referral leads.
– Meet daily talk time and dialing goals.
– Follow call centre scripts and verify client information accurately.
– Seize upselling opportunities as they arise.
– Build strong relationships with customers by going above and beyond.
– Ensure accurate capture of sales and client personal information.
– Schedule fitments precisely.
– Communicate with clients via email.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
– Over 3 years of experience in an Outbound Sales Call Centre, with telematics experience being advantageous.
– Proven success in an Outbound Sales Call Centre role.
– Flexibility to work weekends and after hours when needed, with one Saturday per month being mandatory.
